Eric

Eric qualified as a chartered physiotherapist in 2002. He has extensive knowledge in the musculoskeletal field, having spent more than fifteen years across the NHS, elite sports, and the private health sector. He worked as a team physiotherapist for the GB Hockey, GB Swimming and the England Badminton teams from 2006, and was involved in the 2012 London Olympic Games.

He is skilled in the assessment of biomechanical dysfunctions for sports people, including runners, cyclists, rowers, footballers, tennis players, and many others. As part of his ongoing profession development, he completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Manual Therapy and Soft Tissue Therapy. He provides a very ‘hands on’ holistic approach to treatment.

Eric also studied acupuncture to an advance level, and he has special interest in spinal conditions. As well as this, he is a member of the Health Professional Council.

Matthew

Matthew Is a HCPC-qualified physiotherapist, graduating from Coventry University in 2002. He is an imaginative and ambitious person who likes working as part of a team or alone. He has worked within acute NHS trusts to the senior Band 7 and extended scope roles, and he has provided physiotherapy to professional sports teams. This included working alongside the Coventry City football club first team, and the football academy for Wolves and Birmingham.

He has provided occupational health physiotherapy to the West Midlands police and local government councils. He also has a special interest in orthopaedic medicine, and specialises in injection therapy. This involves the provision of local steroid injections to relieve joint and muscular pain. A person with a wide range of ideas and solutions, he likes continual improvement and development. Matthew spends most of his days working in a private practice.
